The Towers at the Majestic is a multi-use complex, incorporating apartment living with office and retail space, all fronting on Houston Street - a busy East-West artery in the center of downtown San Antonio. The apartments are located on the top floors of each Tower - floors 7 through 16 in the Majestic Tower (shown at left), and floors 2 through 8 in the Brady Tower (shown at the bottom of the page).  For more information on apartment living at The Towers, please see our Overview and Amenities pages.
 

Many office buildings downtown have limited access, limited parking, and are difficult for customers to find. Customers of the Majestic tenants can park next door; or utilize the customer drop-off/pick-up zone in front of the building; and they can find your location easily in the historic landmark Majestic Tower - just tell them you're located above the Majestic Theatre !!  If you are interested in leasing office space, please call or e-mail us for more details.  We'll be happy to provide you with more information on a space that will fit your needs.

High speed internet access is available in the building, as is ample parking in the Houston Street Parking Garage, with direct access from the garage into the Majestic Tower on the sixth floor.  There is a passenger drop-off in front of the building (shown in the photo above), and we offer concierge service to Majestic and Empire theatre events.
