Unit "PD"

1 Bedroom / 1 Bath

Brady Tower - Unit 204

The Living/Dining Room
The "PD" unit is a one-of-a-kind apartment located on the 2nd floor of the Brady Tower.   This is a very LARGE one bedroom apartment (1,000 sq ft), incorporating the original tile from the building when it was built over 80 years ago.

This photo shows the living and dining rooms of the unit, looking back toward the entrance.  The door on the far left leads to the bedroom & bathroom, the next door is the kitchen, the third door is a large walk-in closet, and the last door on the right is the entrance.

The Bathroom

The first photos on this page were taken from the upper left corner and the entrance to the unit.  Note the walk-in closet near the front door.  The A/C and utility closet is accessible by maintenance personnel from the OUTSIDE corridor, so periodic service can be performed without intrusion.  The bottom of the floorplan is pointing north, and the right side of the floorplan is west.
