Interior Features:

The two high-rise Towers offer spacious apartments with modern layouts and multiple windows, providing spectacular views of downtown San Antonio (look at our Photo Gallery for examples). Studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom floorplan variations are available in both Towers (some diagrams are located on our Floorplan page).  These designs incorporate modern all-electric (10% C.P.S. discount) kitchens with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and garbage disposal; wall-to-wall carpeting; large closets; pre-wiring for cable TV; and washer/dryer connections and ice makers in the larger apartments.  Twenty-four hour on-call maintenance is available, as is concierge service. Trash pickup outside each apartment door is provided Monday through Saturday.

Coded-Key Security Card Access:

Residents are provided a computer-coded card, required for elevator access to the residential floors. Visitors must call residents via a phone in the vestibule, and an electronic door-release is activated from the resident's phone to allow visitors access to the main lobby in each Tower.  Visitors are unable to access the residential floors without a security card, and therefore must be accompanied by the resident to their apartment.  Surveillance cameras are installed in both Towers at the entry/exit points, and can be monitored by every resident via cable TV (channel 6) to verify each caller before allowing access to the main lobby (via door-release).  Smoke alarms and sprinkler systems are provided in all units and corridors for the residents' safety.  In addition, the San Antonio Police Department's Downtown Foot Patrol Headquarters is located at Street Level, and a resident officer is on 24-hour call.

Direct Parking Garage Access:

Adjacent covered parking at preferred parking rates is available in the ten-story, 910 space, city-owned Mid City Garage, with direct access into the Majestic Tower.  The resident's rate is $45 a month for unlimited computer-card access parking (regular rate is $70.00).  The high-rise parking garage is attached to the Majestic Tower, allowing access (via security card) from the 7th floor of the garage to the 6th floor of the Majestic Tower. A passenger drop-off area is also located at the front entrance (222 East Houston Street) to the Majestic Tower, along the canopied sidewalk area. Smoking and Pet Policy:

Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere in the Majestic or Brady Buildings. 

No animals/pets of any kind are permitted in the Majestic or Brady Buildings at any time by anyone, with the exception of ADA approved pets.  

Any guests of our residents should be informed of this NO PET AND NO SMOKING POLICY.  Any violation is the responsibility of the resident.
