The street level contains one retail space on the corner (with window frontage on both Houston and St. Mary's Streets), and the entrance to the Brady Tower Lobby (which is just behind the tree in the above photo).  The newly-remodeled Empire Theatre is shown on the lower right side of the photo, with the entrance on St. Mary's Street - just below the red and blue banner.  The Empire Theatre had its Grand Re-Opening on April 3rd, 1998, and we're proud to have it fully restored to its original splendor. Together with the Majestic Theatre, it forms the cornerstone of the Houston Street Theatre District, providing entertainment, shopping, and promoting the arts to locals and tourists alike.

The Majestic Tower can be seen behind the Brady on the left, with the entrance to the Majestic Theatre just below the marquee on Houston Street.  The Camberley Gunter Hotel is just visible on the far left side of the photo, with the entrance directly across from the Brady Tower.
