| The Towers at the Majestic
is a multi-use complex, incorporating apartment living, and office and
retail space, all fronting on Houston Street - a busy east-west artery
in the center of downtown San Antonio. The apartments are located
on floors 7 through 16 in the Majestic Tower (shown at right), and the
office spaces are located on floors 2 through 6. The retail space
is along Houston Street, next to the entrances to the Majestic Theatre

The ten-story, city-owned Mid
City Garage, adjacent to the Majestic Tower, provides secure, easy
access to the building through the sixth floor garage entrance. (The
