Upstairs at the Penthouse

The staircase from the main floor to the upstairs bedrooms. The Penthouse was original to the building (1929), custom designed for the building's owner. In 1993, the Penthouse underwent a complete restoration, down to its Honduran Mahogany floors.

One of the upstairs bathrooms. The small window in the center of the photo is beveled opague glass, and opens to look out onto the large living room, 20 feet below.  All tile and fixtures in the bathrooms are original 1929 "art deco" style.
